A 3 bedroom house with a large front and back garden. Features a large pool sitting right along side a beautiful conservation park on the edge of the Adelaide Hills. Hiking to the lookout straight from the back gate and returning to relax in the pool as you watch the kangaroos is a standard weekend. Only a 5 minute walk to the city-bound bus stop, 5 minute drive to shops and 25 minute drive to the city. The home has a large kitchen and sitting area, one bathroom with the third bedroom converted into a spare room and study. The room for rent is not furnished, but has a built-in cupboard and a mattress base if required. It is always kept tidy and clean and expected to stay this way. Help to keep the pool clean would also be required (especially when I'm away for a few days at a time). **This is not a party house** It is a quiet and safe suburb with great neighbours, in a fantastic relaxing location.
We are a gay couple recently settled into a new-build home in Olde Smithfield. Just over a year old, our older-style home was designed as a haven from the hectic hustle and bustle of life, while also being well-suited for entertaining. Located at the quiet end of the second hallway, your room is fully furnished with free-standing timber wardrobe and matching tallboy, side table and television with built-in DVD player, all surrounding a queen size bed. You will also have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The separate vanity and restroom are shared, however. Located on a quiet street but conveniently close to Main North Road, the entire home sits on a generous 1/4 acre block and is surrounded by constantly developing gardens. The house is conveniently located. 10 minutes walk will take you to either the train station or the bus interchange. An extra five minutes strolling will get you to Munno Para Shopping City with all its conveniences. A short drive will also get you to the newly constructed Playford Marketplace. Our ideal flatmate will be someone we can relate to. We're not looking for a BFF but, of course, new mates are always great. Because we keep a clean home, we obviously expect the same from you. Mutual respect is also a must. House rules will be discussed with a prospective flatmate. We also insist on a flatmate who is financially responsible.
