We have THREE rooms free coming up. One room will be free from the end of October (date variable to negotiation) to the 19th of December so approximately 1 month and 3 weeks. There is ample space for parking. The rent includes all bills - water, electricity, and unlimited high speed NBN as well as toiletries (handsoap, toilet paper, washing powder, fabric softener, spray cleaner, kitchen roll). The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, chopping boards etc. Just bring your clothes and electronics! We are a friendly set of housemates. We want someone who is responsible by paying their rent and bills on time, polite to the other housemates, cleans up after themselves, respects space. This place would probably suit someone who is travelling through Hobart, or who is currently stuck at a hostel and wants to get out but hasn't found more permanent residence - stay with us out of the hostel whilst you find longer-term accommodation.
