We are seeking a working professional person who is quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. As the house is not that big we would request that you do not invite guests to stay over night. Also, if you use drugs, this is not the house for you. Smoking outside is fine. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. We have pets - an outdoor cat and also guinea pigs whom are all very much part of the family. The rent is $160 which includes electricity, water and internet.
