The location is AMAZING, a 4 min walk to Bulli Beach, a 10-15 min walk to Bulli station and a2 minute drive to Woolworths. Being able to pop down to the beach for a swim after work is the best! If you’re into surfing, Sandon Point is a stones throw away as well. You can see Bulli Beach from the road outside the house.
