Hey This house is one street back from beach, cafes and take away shops are close, I have a cleaner comes every 2 weeks and gardener comes every odd week 150pw and split bills for smaller room 200pw for the biggest of the three rooms Would like someone for a long time but happy for short stay

The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. Another fridge and a few appliances would be more than welcome.
The place is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, shops or the train station. It's less than an hour away from the city by the train. The rooms have built -in wardrobes, ceiling fans, remote control lighting and the whole place has security shutters on all the windows. We have an air-conditioner in the living room and an outdoor sitting area.

Beautiful brand new three bedroom home in quiet suburb, close to shops and train station. No backyard so no lawn matenance however house is situated on a reserve so it can be used like a backyard. Two story with the master bedroom (the one being offered) downstairs, which offers more privacy, your own tv (if you'd like it), own bathroom, spacious closet, Fully ducted aircon, internet access with Netflix (if you'd like). The successful applicant would be living with myself (33year old single female) and my son (7 year old). You would need to be accepting of living with a child as the normal rules of a share house are a little different in our case. Would prefer a female tenant but will make acceptions for males but please no couples. Also tenant would need to have part time or prefable full time work.
Beautiful cabin on 14 acres in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region. Walk to wineries, always kangaroos around, pet koala named Cletus, 10 mins to the beach, 45 mins to the city, 25 mins to Flinders, country living close to the city. No Wifi but there is a phone line so we can discuss getting it connected if you need it. House and room is fully furnished, Foxtel included. Must be clean and tidy. No water bill as the place is on rainwater, and we split the power bill which is usually around $100 a month. Wood fire also and we have a bar in the backyard
