Its an old period house, high ceiling and very ventilated, the bedroom rooms are much larger than normal house bedroom. All rooms are furnished with bed and table, most suit for student and work mate who like to enjoy peace and comfort in her own room. Ducted heating and cooling available in the main living area, the rooms are cool throughout the year so there is not really a need for aircon in the bedrooms. Kitchen area are large, enough for a big family to have lunch/diner together at once. there is a small garden with few trees/plants at the back, mostly small plants and flowers in the pots and are very neat and tidy. There is a bus stop just outside of the house, its only take about 10mins to get to City by bus. All amenities are available just around the corner, there are groceries shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket just walking distance.
