We're looking for someone to move into our house in Broadview. The location is very convenient for professionals and students alike. The nearest bus stop is approx. 100m from the house and it's roughly a 10min drive into the city. It's not far from Linear Park either if you'd rather ride your bike in to town. There are multiple shopping centres within a 5 minute drive from the house as well (Sefton Plaza, North Park and Walkerville). Broadview is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with several parks nearby.
