Hi! We live in a great old Queenslander with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a whole lot of under croft space. Our House is located around the corner from Kedron Brook Road and Newmarket Road so there are many Restaurants/Cafes to choose from. An Uber from our place to the Valley is about $8 and about $13 to the City. We do have a rather large back yard however we hardly use it, not that we don't want to, we just never do.
