Hello! $150! Very close to the train station and the city. I have a regular size room for rent in a Queenslander. Rest of the house: Is fully furnished with 2 sweet black cats! There is a third lady that lives downstairs who has a dog and two cats also. We would have a separate entrance and she has her own shower and bathroom. Tbh - I hardly ever see her. Backyard - great size! with undercover parking for one more car. Any other cars would be parked on the grass behind the house. Who am I: I am a 27 year old professional female. Very friendly!. I do like to keep to myself but I love to have good chats too, but I respect everyones space and privacy. I am vet nurse working at BVSC so a mix of shifts but no night work. I play touch footy Tues, Wed, Thurs :p so I feel like I'm out of the house a lot. It would be great if someone moved in who doesn't mind a chat when we are all in the house. Gamers welcome too!
