The house is within Wilston village, a 5 minute walk to wilston train station and a bus stop 100 metres away with multiple routes to the city. It's an easy walk or cycle to RBWH. QUT kelvin grove is less than a 10 minute drive or a short walk/ride. So is a perfect location for students or foodies and coffee lovers with multiple cafes and restaurants to choose from in the village. The room comfortably fits a queen bed and furnishings with a ceiling fan. There is plenty of storage space and a spare space that can be converted to either a second lounge or study. There is a small balcony out the front and a large outdoor area. There is also plenty of garage storage for any excess things such as bikes/boards. Windsor is a great little area with Organic markets on a Sunday and walking distance to basically everything you could need. The room is 2380 x 3300 and is BYO furniture. It has spacious built-in wardrobes and would accommodate up to a queen bed, bedside and a desk or tallboy. You have the option of your own shower (pictured) as there are two in the bathroom, for some strange reason. Off street, covered parking is available but it’s shared visitor parking. If you don't have a car, I'm happy to for you to borrow mine every so often for a grocery run or whatever. If you have a dining setting, there’s room for that but probably not much else as far as furniture goes. Bills are, approximately; Internet ($8/w) and electricity ($10-12/w) and bond is $710 (not 4 weeks rent). Bond and 1 or 2 weeks rent required in advance, depending on the rent cycle. You are someone with a fair a bit of awesome who’s mostly relaxed but up for a bit of socializing from time to time.
