Has everything a house should have, is the biggest bedroom (it's pretty big - 3.5 x 3 m) so the $170 includes bills, use of fridges, freezer, washing machine etc does not include use of a fan heater (one of these will use up the power amount I've allocated in a week). Use the unlimited internet for TV but have an aerial point in the lounge room. Main point for phone and internet is in the room (unlimited local and Australian mobile calls - any 13 numbers are charged). I'll consider unemployed on a case by case basis, employed is better OR if a student, then obviously the support of your parents or family, mature is OK, house is mostly full of my furniture as I am mature. Main area has a huge air conditioner so on the hottest days it's still nice, room is not air conditioned but has its own ceiling fan. Has dishwasher, works but don't use it much. Midway between Emerton and Whalan shops, buses to Mt Druitt & station are minutes away and very regular. As you can see from the map.
