This house is on a small acreage block and not too many close neighbours, but close enough to all services, I have a small pet dog so you would have to like animals. We are close to the local Indigiscapes Centre and a conservation area on the other side of the road, it is generally a quiet area. The semi retired owner has some small building improvement projects happening but this does not create undue noise or disturbances, no air conditioning but a large ventilation system as well as the high ceilings help to keep the house cool during summer.
