The house is an older style with 3 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. Third bedroom has a desk and some of my stuff, room for more 'stuff' if needed. Has two toilets and a great back deck to chill out on in summer with the onshore breeze. Secure fenced and well kept yard. Yard maintenance is my responsibility. Parking is on the street and there is some space in the garage for storage. Close to the beach and 20mins walk to the ferry. Gas cooking and instantaneous hot water for long showers, no bath however. House has energy efficient globes throughout.

This centrally-located flat is spectacular value for money. You'll be situated right in the heart of the city, only a five-minute walk to the beautiful Newcastle beach and break wall, less than 50m to the nearest cafes, bars and shops; bus-stops, and a stone's throw away from the light-rail.
