The views have to be the best part of living here, the house is surrounded by bush and elevated to overlook Berowra Waters. Theres plenty of bushwalks and native fauna around and it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere while being less than an hour from Sydney. The main deck upstairs has sweeping views and is great for entertaining with a bbq and an 8 place outdoor setting while the bedrooms open out onto the covered balcony downstairs if youre after a quiet place to have breakfast. There's reverse cycle air con in the main living area for the hottest and coldest days. We dont mind smokers as long as you keep it outside, guests are fine. We love puppies and kittehs but the yard really isnt suited. Indoors and litter trained may be considered but I wont have outdoor cats. Theres too much native wildlife to risk.
