We’re in a very central location, 10 minutes walking from Lilydale station, and right near Maroondah hwy. we have stunning views as we are on a hill.
My house is set in the quiet leafy suburb of Eltham close to shops, trains and buses. Only 45 minutes from CBD. You have a private room with access to the rest of the house and garden. I have another area downstairs you are welcome to use for leisure or study. I have another area for storage should you need to store items. I work full time and my young son is here every second week. He’s at high school and will sometimes have a friend over but they won’t bother you. I have pets so if you don’t like cats and dogs this may not be the place for you. They are very friendly and won’t bother you. If you are an animal person they will give you lots of love and cuddles. Unfortunately this means that I can’t accommodate your pets. We are a quiet household. We are not a party house so if you’re looking for a raging place this isn’t it. We can be fun too but we will respect your needs for privacy. There are lots of fun things to do around Eltham. We have a bike and helmet you can borrow any time to get around locally. We have lots of cafes close by. Eltham is a lovely place to live. I have been here for 30 years.
