The room itself is large with a massive walk in wardrobe and an attached balcony which has views of Mt. Wellington and Kingston Beach. The ensuite has a shower head enclosed in a glass cabinet, toilet and a single sink with ample of storage. The tenant will have full excess to the kitchen with compartments for storage, the laundry and the store room. The third room and bath is usually kept empty for visiting friends and family members. The new tenant will be taking over my lease and will have to be approved by the land lord and the real estate agency taking care of the property. The lease ends in early July 2018.
