The house features a medium/large sized kitchen (with dishwasher), living area, laundry (with washing machine), one bathroom, outside decking area, and space to park 2 cars, as well on on street parking. It is located in the fabulous Yarraville, 10-15 minute walk to Yarraville Village and Yarraville Train Station. Right next to the freeway and close to public transport (If you can't be bothered walking to the station, bus stop is about 200m away). I am a young professional male looking for someone fun, chilled and clean to live with. I am very easy going and am looking for someone who can add to the dynamic of the house, not just live in it. The house is large enough that you can be social when you like but also have your space and privacy when you need it. The room is currently empty but I have some furnishings that can go in there, just waiting to see what your preference is :) I have a loft bed, desk (both pictured). Happy to assist where i can to sort stuff out. The rest of the house is fully furnished and yours to use as you wish! The room is $160pw ($695 per calendar month). Both pics of the room are the same room, just what it's looked like at different stages. Room lease will be 3-6 months, but will likely be available for longer if things work out - happy to discuss! Bills are split evenly every month. Electricity is generally around $150pm ($50pm each based on having 3 people in the house). There is no gas in the house which makes life easier :) Internet is split evenly as well ($70pm, so $23 pm each). Obviously, if there only two people living in the house for whatever reason, things are split in two :) (this has only ever happened during transition with someone moving out/in). All in all, works out to about $15-20pw to cover everything. We are moving into a townhouse on the 18th of November so there are no photos of the furnished house just yet! All the furnishings are Grace's but she really doesn't mind if you have comfier couch or a bigger, better tv to swap over. I love plants so we will have a bunch in the courtyard and balconies. Quiet apartment complex away from the main road. Willing to rent either the large bedroom (240/wk or 280/wk for couples) or the smaller room (195/wk). You would share the house with 3 Colombians brother, sister and friend. This house has 3 rooms, 1 bathtub, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room and backyard to do some BBQs. It is next to a Cruickshank Park & Mcnish 'Dinosaur Park' Reserve, beautiful to have a walking or jogging around. In here you could also find free tennis courts, park gym and bike track. These parks make the area very calm and pleasant. Our house is 5 minutes walking to Coles, 15 minutes walking to Yarraville train station and the village where you have the Cinema and heaps of restaurants and bars. Low maintenance courtyard and room to store in garage. Beautiful dark polished floors throughout and a well appointed kitchen. The town house is a 5-10 mintue walk to the train station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore in Yarraville. There also is a bus stop right outside the front door. The room up for rent is the master bedroom which has an ensuite. The town house is in new condition as it’s not even a year old. My room/bathroom is down stairs and your bedroom/ensuite is upstairs so the town house offers privacy.
