We will have an opening in our sharehouse and are looking for someone that will stay for at least 6 months. The room can be made available in early July. The rent is quite affordable and includes internet ($538.50 per month). Utilities are also very cheap (~$100 per person every three months). The room is unfurnished. Also you will need to pay bond (a little over a months rent). When we moved in a year ago the house was new - and so most of the appliances are new as well. The location is 46A Greene Street, South Kingsville. By car it is probably a 15-20 min drive into the city. Public transport is easily accessible by bus which picks up near the house and takes you to Yarraville or a 20 minute walk to the Spotswood train station. I bike to UniMelb from here and it is 35-40 min.
