The property is nicely shaded by some lovely big trees, and the breeze comes off the ocean right in through to bedroom windows, so it will be a really lovely sanctuary in summer time out of the heat. Room is 3.6m x 2.6m with BIW. I have a single bed if you’d like it, otherwise BYO larger bed. I have two indoor/outdoor cats, that will want to be your friend, sit on your lap, and generally act like they own the place. Not a party house I’m afraid people, it's in a small block of units so any excessive noise would be unacceptable and get me in trouble off my neighbors. Friends and partners welcome though, people staying over is fine, I have a number of friends that travel so would myself have mates to stay on the couch on occasion too. Couples welcome, pets such as cats and dogs not compatible, my two girls don't play well with others I'm afraid. But if you have small pets you'd keep in your room they’d be welcome. Washing machine in the bathroom, with clothes line out the back.

Quiet street , big back yard that backs off onto the national park nice place for bushwalks.Roommates and I keep the place clean and expect the same in return. We are pretty much a family cooking up a big dinner and enjoying the meal at the dinner table when every one is home. Everyone is friendly and sociable so I'm sure we will all be friends and get along. We have a dog ,she is an outside dog and rather well behaved. We hold a meeting every now and then to resolve issues with the house/what's bothering them. Too noisy at certain times ,leaving a mess ect.

Loads of room to spread out and the lower half can be separated for extra privacy. The rest of the place is shared with one other tenant, a 21 yo male who works 5 to 6 days and occupies the upstairs you will hardly see him. The property is situated 10 to 15 min to the national parks and beaches. 10 min to Miranda fair, 20 min to Cronulla beach. It has polished wood floors and wood fire for winter. Anyone is welcome but they must be clean and reliable. Smoking is ok but not inside the house. Shared duties to maintain the garden / lawns.
