This place is an absolute delight, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. You will love this place if you are working anywhere in Sydney or in Wollongong, easy access public transport systems via a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a 15 minute walk to the train station. The most to die for aspect of this property is the location to the nearest bowling club. We are talking a 5 minute ride on the shoe-lace express (once again walking) to the nearest Victoria Bitter (or other inferior fluids) watering hole.
