Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other.
