The house is a lovely 3 bedroom. There is a door separating the spare rooms and you will have your own bathroom so it will have a private feel. You can also exit through the the laundry easily if you would like your own exit. There are two spare rooms to choose from, both currently furnished but that can be removed. Free foxtel is included in the rent (only some packages, if you would like movies or sport this can be added for a small charge). The room has a TV antenna, foxtel can also be arranged for your room at an additional expense. Internet is currently $15 a month for 2gb, this can be increased if necessary. You can also take a stroll down to Avalon beach or visit Some of Victoria’s greatest beaches which is not too far away including Torquay, Anglesea.
