This house is spacious with two living areas and an outside area. It has air conditioning in the main living area which includes lounge, kitchen, and dining. There is also central heating for the winter when that arrives. We are close to a bus stop and the Bacchus Marsh train station and only 40 minutes into Southern Cross station on a very comfortable zone 2 (so quite inexpensive) country train. The house is fully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood. Internet is included in the rent and we do have Netflix.
This area is quiet that’s why I like it here. It has a small garage to store things. It is an old house but she’s comfy. I do have Foxtel and wi-fi. You have your choice of 2 rooms. One is inside the house is furnished, while the other is joined but access through a sunroom. The outside room is larger than the inside room but no drawers or cupboards but if you wanted you could use the the inside room for you clothes. One room to be used as a spare for when someone stays over but that’s not very often. There is a primary school down the road but you don’t hear them. If a smoker there is a sunroom to smoke in. Close to You Yang's if you like bush walking, and also a sanctuary if you like the wildlife. Bus stop out the front if needed 2 minute drive to all amenities and train station. There are gyms in the area and not far from Norlane indoor pool 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Short term stay available in fully furnished house. Great for people on short work contracts or as an interim option for people looking to move to the area. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, set of draws, TV with DVD player (no TV channels) and a double built-in robe. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen (including use of sauces, spices, spreads, etc), comfy lounge room, laundry with washer and dryer, bathroom with bath and shower. Outside I have a large pergola area and a number of fruit trees (including a continual supply of lemons and limes). Rent includes all bills and basic amenities: gas, water, electricity, wifi internet, laundry detergent, toilet paper.
The house is well maintained and easy to live in, all bills are included in the rental fee including cleaning of general areas, gardening, gas, electricity, water and internet. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge pantry and plenty of extra space. Currently one of the bedrooms is setup as a spare bedroom and guests are welcome. All rooms are connected to the central heating (gas) and cooling (evap) and the home has been designed to be as energy efficient as possible. The bedrooms all have built in closets and ample space for a queen sized bed, also the house has ample room for storing extra items upon request. The home is situated on a lakeside block in Lara, and as such has beautiful views through summer and is located close to public transport and recreation. Unfortunately parking is the only limitation and will need to be on street parking as the driveway and garage are currently occupied.
Brand new three bedroom, two lounge room house in a new housing estate in Lara. The area is quiet and away from busy roads. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. The bathroom would be shared as I do like my baths but I would mainly use the en-suite in the mornings.
The house is six months old, Not landscaped yet but concreating done. The train station in in zone 2 for Melbourne and is in zone two and four for Geelong. The Property landscaping will be done in autumn. House has Foxtel and internet Fiber to the premises. Lots of lakes with parks and lakes around the property. Has a country life style and the benefits of both Melbourne and Geelong. Buses five minutes to the station. Beware though they are not in zone two, nice walk to station though. 1st Year uni students must have a financial guarantor.

Large 4 bedroom house with plenty of places to chill! Eynesbury is quite unique and definitely suited for those after a more country lifestyle. There's an abundance of walking tracks, with monthly markets, a cute little grocery store with attached post office as well as a town wide golf course. The neighbours are fantastic and as a whole, Eynesbury is a self sufficient, friendly and welcoming community.

The house is quite large. All bedrooms are larger than normal. Renovated about 2 years ago with all new kitchens and bathrooms. The house has multiple living areas including an study that is not currently being uses. We are only looking for people that are full time employed or equivalent tat are happy to live in a nice clean and quiet house.
