We have a spacious, homely and characteristically charming house located ten minutes cycling distance from Norwood and the city (five minutes driving distance), shared with laid back, fun-loving people. Our shared living areas include a well furnished gazebo for the nice days, a spacious decorated living room with roaring gas heater; and the heart of our home lays within the backyard - an open bonfire barrel which doubles as a coal barbecue (bonfire nights in winter are the best), and a vegetable patch that needs a bit of love and green hands, but has a lovely potting bench. The juice from the orange tree is as sweet as OJ gets, and if you feel OJ isn't doing the trick, we have a healthy but enthusiastic approach to enjoying beer and wine together. The rooms are a big enough to fit desks, drum kits, and other fun stuff, so for the writers and musicians among us, there's plenty of ample space for solo creative time.
Hi. We're looking to fill one bedroom in our spacious five-bedroom house in St Peters, as one of our housemates has bought his own house. We're in a great big house, less than 10 minutes from the city on a bike (the Torrens River bike path is ~300 metres away) or bus (the bus stop is literally across the road). The bedroom is a medium size and can fit a double/queen bed. The house has two large living areas, one bathroom (with separate toilet, it has never been a problem), a massive backyard (with a trampoline!), and a cellar. We also have high-speed (ADSL2) internet. Rent is $120 per person per week (for a total of $600/week for the house) - our bond is 6 weeks' worth, or $720/person, paid to the landlord. Utilities and internet generally work out to around $25-30 per person per week on top of that.

Large and sunny bedroom available in our townhouse. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms plus a study and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has an open kitchen/living area, a laundry and a second toilet. The house also has a private courtyard area to enjoy. Whilst the house is a little dated and could benefit from some TLC, the location and cheaper rent more than make up for it! Superbly located just off The Parade, within easy walking distance to all amenities (Argo, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, gyms, cinema, Norwood Oval). Street parking is available with a free permit. Public transport is also easily accessible with a very short walk to bus stop 9 on The Parade. You'd be sharing with a male and female, both professionals, in a very chilled out house.

Located across from the Hackney, on a quiet side street off Hackney road. Pets considered but there is already a dog and a cat here. Room 1: single room (could fit a double bed if you really wanted but single or king single would be more manageable). Room is detatched from the main house but you'll have full access. It was formerly the sun room so it gets lots of natural light. Big living area, fair sized kitchen and a shared bathroom, with an additional outdoor toilet. Internet included. Bricked backyard. 150m walk from the bus stop, 5 minute walk from FIX coffee, 300metres to the Torrens, but only a 15 minute walk to uni or 20minute walk into the city. Theres also a off street car park available. Would suit a student as its so close to uni and priced for students.
** will upload photos asap Well established sharehouse so close to town you can walk there in 10 minutes in the leafy suburb of Saint Peters. The house is well loved and the rent is affordable on account of its character. Queer friendly, pet friendly (there is a lovely doggo Quiche who loves cuddles and walks on the river, sorry no cats), 420 friendly and pretty much all round friendly home you can feel safe to just be yourself. Plenty of space for feeling private but also some nice social communal dinners and DVDs together. There's a big pool that we're currently getting repaired, some hammocks and a lil vege garden :) 2 shares bathrooms, one with bath. On and off street parking. Shared bills every quarter, always super cheap.

I have been offered a job interstate so I am looking for someone to take my position in the house. I am flexible with my move out date/your move in date, but must be before April. THE BOND is $823 which is basically just to cover your first month of rent Rent is $190/week - (this is not inclusive of electricity and internet) Your room is labelled as “Bed 3” on the floor plan - it’s surprisingly spacious. I have a king single bed, a large dresser and a 3-door wardrobe in there and there’s still heaps of floor space. Perks of this property: . Close to city . Walking distance from The Parade (shops, cafes, entertainment) . Quiet location . Safe area . Plenty of street parking . Large shared bathroom with one other girl . Comfortable and spacious room . Two fridge/freezers so plenty of food space . Dishwasher and washing machine available . Sam, the landlord, is lovely The way rent works is that it is $190 per week x 52 (weeks in a year) / 12 ( months (in a year) = $823 per month to be paid on the 1st of every month. Hopefully that all makes sense.
Attractive 2 bedroom townhouse, which fronts on Little Capper Street. Quiet street within walking distance of CBD. Country family looking for 1 person to share with existing tenant (as the other is moving out). Access to pool/spa/gym/sauna is included across the road in the brewery apartments. Ground floor is airconditioned with a split system, along with master bedroom. Portable aircon on loan for the smaller bedroom which is the one on offer at present. Self contained kitchen with dishwasher, puratap, oven. Must supply/organise own meals, or work in with current tenant. Partly furnished with fridge/washing machine, double bed frame if needed, and some crockery/cutlery. Move in date is flexible between now and mid April18, along with rent/room/parking options. (for eg rent is from $195pw, but this is for smaller bedroom and off street parking with a permit out front (subject to availability). Rent may need to be negotiated higher up to $225-$230 to include under cover car park, but subject to agreement by existing tenant)). Offering without bond for the right person, but rent must always be 6 weeks in advance from the outset. Utility bills including electricity, hot water, phone/internet and water usage are in addition to shared rent, but current estimates based on previous usage can be provided.
