We are two professionals (male and female, not a couple) in our early thirties looking for a third person of a similar age to share a beautiful double storey townhouse in Norwood. A bit about the room: The room will be available 15 April and is $170 per week and bills etc are shared equally. There is a bond required as well of 6 weeks' rent that is refunded upon departure. The room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished and the bathroom is shared with one other person. The house is mostly furnished but there is room to store some items if required. There is free wifi! A bit about the location: The location is unbelievably convenient, being one street away from the Norwood Parade and right behind the Norwood Foodland. There are gyms, a movie theatre and a wide range of cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep! A bit about us: Adi works in the mines as an Engineer and as such is only home on weekends. He is quiet and respectful and a great housemate. Tash works in HR and spends her spare time at the gym and watching Netflix. She loves a good wine and spends a lot of time out and about with friends and doing volunteer work for the Norwood council. A bit about you: We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and works professionally who likes to do their own thing. We are definitely not a party household but do enjoy small get togethers with friends at the house. The room will be available on 15 April and we are looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months, ideally someone who wants to stay until the end of the year. If the above sounds good to you we would love to hear from you.

A three bedroom townhouse on the fringe of the CBD within walking distance to the city and Norwood. Included in the rent are: 2 bedrooms, one with a built-in robe and own bathroom (not ensuite) and the smaller room which could work well as a study. A queen-size bed is available if needed, however happy for you to furnish your own space. The rest of the house is mostly furnished, however happy for people to add their own touch. A dishwasher is available and ducted heating/cooling. Washing machine and laundry facilities also available on the lower level, with lots of storage space. There is also an extra space for one car in the double locked up garage. I'm looking for a non-smoker, neat and tidy person who is professional and responsible. Not looking for someone that is looking for a party house.
I have one room available for lease in a townhouse on Church Avenue, Norwood. This is a beautiful area in a quiet street, on the fringe of the city just a few minutes walk from The Parade. It is a three bedroom, three storey, 2.5 bathroom place; with a capacity for four tenants. The room will be available early June. I would like to meet the potential housemate before we agree to tenancy, so unfortunately no internationals who haven't yet arrived in Australia. There is readily available, free on-street parking; and carport with a two car capacity if desired. We are looking for: sociable and friendly, clean, young professional/students (20-30ish). We are open to a couple potentially. The rent is $240 per week for the large room (walk in robe, ensuite). The rent is exclusive of utilities (power, gas, and water), but inclusive of internet and Netflix which are both ongoing active accounts. There is wifi access across all three levels. The house is fully furnished; including beds, some furniture, living area, desk space etc. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and my favourite- a Delonghi coffee machine :) It is also stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans etc. No need to bring anything if you do not wish to. The second floor has a shared study nook, with a desk, futon, and an iMac that is free for communal use. We have a grassed backyard with a decked entertaining area and large outdoor setting, complete with a BBQ, bar area and outdoor fridge, and a shed. The lease will only be for 4-5 months, as the landlord will be moving back in after that time. My partner and I will be overseas from mid June onwards, so the tenants will include: whoever is successful for each available room, and a mid 20's male who will be living upstairs on the 3rd floor. It's a fantastic spot, 5 minutes from the CBD and right on the bus line.
Close to CBD location, 2 minute walk to Coles and a 3 minute walk to The Parade. Small park across the road, tree-lined canopy street. Air conditioned/heated. The bedroom in question is unfurnished except for a large wardrobe.

Is currentry furnished with bed, bedside table and a desk and is optionally available. Has a large built in robe with accompanying mirror.

The room is available early April and is in a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet townhouse (both separate from main bathroom) in North Adelaide. Looking for a young working professional 27-40 (so me +1; 3rd bedroom kept empty). The house is ideally located in easy walking distance to Botanic gardens, Next Generation gym, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Womens & Childrens hospital, Adelaide oval, all the cafes and restaurants of Melbourne and O'connell streets in Nth Adelaide. Plus an easy walk into the city and Rundle st mall, tram etc., or 2 min walk to the Free connector bus that circles Nth Adelaide and the city or 50m to public bus. It is ideal for someone new to town or someone who just wants a place close to everything. The house has aircon, heater throughout, a large kitchen; with the kitchen having lots of storage. It has a separate laundry, front/rear balconys and a rear courtyard. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access. I am a reasonably active person, so looking for someone similar who prefers some quiet socialising at home (not a partyhouse). Hopefully you are someone who has shared before. Bond (x 4 weeks) and 2-4 weeks rent is required on acceptance. There is a new Queen bed available in one of the rooms if required. Amenities will be split equally (includes Wireless internet). No smokers or people with pets thanks. Contact Ben.
Beautiful modern two story townhouse -secure off street parking close to oval and parks and very close to public transport.... Easy going mature housemates who like a glass of wine on the weekends. Undercover entertaining area out the back with a gorgeous very friendly cocker spanial dog...Room furnished if required...
The apartment overlooks the park lands in North Adelaide and it has views of the hills. Its location then makes it a very relaxed walk into the city and the free bus service (98a & 98c) stops (stop 4) is about 150m away (perfect for wet days). Thus, Melbourne St and all it offers is just a quick walk up the road from the bus stop. The room for rent, has dimensions of about 3.5*3.3m, these dimensions exclude the entry and the built in wardrobe (dimensions: height, width, depth are 2.35 * 2.1 *0.65m). While the apartment has stacks of additional storage and its very spacious. The room is currently unfurnished but I may have the ability to get hold of a few things. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a separate kitchen, an office (or the small 3rd bedroom can be a place for a visitor to crash in), and a cavernous dining/ lounge room. Foxtel is installed and so is internet (unlimited). Rent is $175/ week + bills. Bills are estimated to be: internet $10/week, Foxtel is heavily subsidised at $10/week, water is about $35/quarter (I will confirm this) + electricity will be split evenly. Sorry but there is a no pet rule in the building. I would also consider getting in a cleaner if you want to share costs.
