I love living at Yarrabilba because its just far enough away from the city without being ridiculously remote :-) its a beautiful and peaceful estate with plenty of shops close by, cafes, monthly food truck markets, fuel station and medical centres. Bus services are running and there are plans for a train line. Coles is also due to open in November at the entry to the estate :-) I am also lucky enough to have views of Tamborine Mountain :-)

So this is a small house but it has lots to love about it. A nice kitchen, a laundry, you can use both. Most things in the house you can use :) I have a beautiful golden retriever who is 10 years old so he is playful but not so playful he will knock you over ;) There is a decent size backyard with a clothesline and undercover area that you are welcome to use as long as we share it. If you like growing your own food or plants that is also fine with me as there is a lot of room for that. There is public transport available but to be honest it is not great, so this place would be best for someone with a car.
