The house is fairly large for this area and is perfectly located near 3 Cat buses (Red, Green and Yellow) and the City West train station (Fremantle Line). The bedrooms are upstairs, so they are quiet and seperated from the main area downstairs (kitchen and living area). The room contains a single bed, desk and wardrobe. However, it is not an issue if you wish to bring your own furniture. There is only one parking bay which is currently occupied. There is a free carpark across the road that belongs to the bank, so parking outside of office hours is possible. However, parking all day during the week is not allowed. With all the public transport and close proximity to the city, it is easy to get by without a car.
