Large family home in the Eastern suburbs within easy access to the city. We have four large bedrooms and large family bathroom only used by one family member - 17 year old daughter who is in last year of school. We have a large rear garden, full air-conditioning and lots of off-road parking. Public transport is reliable and the bus stop is only fifty meters from the house. There is free unlimited WiFi included together with separate TV (with STAN). We also have two Chocolate Burmese cats so I am sorry but cannot accept other pets.
Dear my friend, my flatmate will move out on 1/6/2017. The neighborhood is quiet even with the pub 3 minutes down the road from us and its pretty safe at night (there was a period of time when I get restless and walk around the neighborhood with my housemate in the middle of the night and we make it home safe and sound every night *not jinxing it*). And even though it is a quiet area, the neighbors don't mind a little bit of loud music from time to time, my housemate used to have parties until 2 to 3 in the morning and we did not receive any complaints. We don't party much anymore tho, got too busy for house parties.
I have two dogs, they are absolutely beautiful so they obviously come with the package of the home. the area is lovely, great for going out and exercising not to far from the city. the house is quiet and i am relatively tidy. i work during the week so i am out of the house mostly and then weekends i am home.
