I live in modern apartment in St Leonards(On the border of Crows Nest and St Leonards) on the lower North Shore of Sydney, perfect location- 3min walk to St Leonards train station, buses to the city out the front. The person I choose will have full use of an equipped modern kitchen, washing facilities, balcony and their own ensuite bathroom. The apartment is heated and cooled with a very cost-effective reverse-cycle air unit, perfect for those hot humid summer nights. The bedroom is unfurnished but has its own built-in wardrobe and to have your own bathroom is a luxury in most places across Sydney. I'm not looking for a couple, sorry. Also, no pets are allowed and no smoking or drug-taking. Free Wifi, Apple TV and Netflix. The complex doesn't have a gym or pool but it does have a common area with a table tennis table. This is a great place to live. It's really close to transport and there's a Fitness First gym with pool right next door. It has lovely views over a leafy courtyard and air conditioning. It's quiet and relaxing. The room is furnished with single bed, bedside drawers, shelves and desk. There is a large built-in wardrobe and glass door/window leading on to a balcony. Bathroom is directly across the hall and shared with one other bedroom only (the other room is airBnB room and is often booked out. The guests are always nice :-) ).
