As I travel a lot it’s located just a few minutes from any exit like Newcastle, M1 / F3, North Coast and Singleton, very convenient for me and saves a lot of time. A French Bulldog and a Rottweiler both take residence in the backyard and are possibly the greatest dogs alive, so if you are a dog lover this will be ideal for you. I like to keep the house clean and neat, so someone with an appreciation for a comfortable, tidy home would be great! The room itself is quite spacious and has a built in robe and ceiling fan. First off, the house is huge! Lots of room, lovely yards and undercover outdoor entertaining area. The house is fully furnished (except for your bedroom), LGBTQ friendly, close to public transport and Beaumont st is a short walk away. Not a party house (okay, maybe on the very odd occasion), I work weekends and have very little spare time so a quiet vibe is what I'm about. Obvious things like sharing household chores and costs (toilet paper, washing detergent, yard maintenance etc), being tidy in general and respect for my belongings are expected, but otherwise, I'm pretty laid back. There are two bedrooms to choose from, if you'd like to rent both for extra space I'm open to that.
