Beaut 2 Storey house facing directly across to the Brewery, right near the ferry. Fantastic view of Newcastle with only the park between the house and Newcastle harbour. 2x living areas and bathrooms and large open plan kitchen. You would be sharing with only me, my fantastic exhousmate had planned moving in with me here but was unable to transfer her job from Sydney back to Newcastle so there's a big hole to fill. The house is fantastic with great communal area but enough room also not be in each other's face. Would suit somebody working in the cbd, just a short enjoyable ferryride, the terminal is only a quick stroll across the park from the front door. Otherwise I drive each morning and it's only a 20min run into town. Definitely not a party house.
