Two bedrooms are occupied, and the fourth is a spare room for storage. I work away 1 week on 1 week off and sometimes 3 weeks on 1 week off so for most of the time i'm living away. Hi, I'm 45 F and I'm looking for mature minded people to share my clean and tidy home NOR in Clarkson. I have had many travellers stay with me over the years, everyone is welcome. There is a master room- $300 for couples ($250 for a single). Furnished with a queen size bed it is at the front of the house with security shutters on the bay window, lockable door, WIR and ensuite. Off street parking right out front. And a smaller room (king single bed) available @ $175. This would suit travellers or short term stays best as there is not a lot of storage. Share bathroom and off street parking available. There is also a second lounge area for studying, game console or watching sports etc. and a BBQ/second eating area outside. It is close to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and a short drive to the beach. Easy bus to train transport 2 minutes walk. I have a small rescue dog and 2 cats here. Although I do like to be sociable I also like to have my own time. Please be prepared to share some cleaning and upkeep responsibilities. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood and we'd like to keep it that way so heavy drinkers/ drug users need NOT apply. Two weeks bond, and rent is to stay two weeks in advance. I am a 38 year old professional female looking to rent one of the rooms in my house. I work full time mon-fri and like to get out and about on the weekends. I like to have people over for dinner or drinks every now and again but this is definitely not a party house. I have a large dog who likes to be inside when people are home, so you must be ok with him being inside. I have two rooms to choose from, one furnished and one unfurnished as seen in the photos. You will need to provide your own bed linen. You will have your own bathroom and toilet but the rest of the house will be a shared space. You must be respectful of this keeping it clean and tidy. I am a very friendly and easy going person and have had a lot of experience sharing houses with other people. I am very easy to live with!

Very centrally located in a lovely, coastal location but still central to everything - public transport, beach, shops, marina, walks, park, cafes, restaurants, gyms. Our home is modern and was fully renovated 4 years ago (we also have Foxtel). Guest room 1 is a double, has a walk in robe and a dressing table with mirror. Guest room 2 is ideally suited to a student, has a single bed, walk in robe, tall-boy and dressing table. We usually only rent one room at a time. We are very close to Clarkson train station and it's 9 mins from nearby Clarkson station to Joondalup station and shopping mall and 33 mins Clarkson to Perth CBD. For students attending ECU Joondalup from Joondalup station it is approx 8 min walk to campus or there is a free bus. :-)
