Hi there the Property is on ten acres, if you have a few trucks of machinery it's all good along as it's kept neat, Due to snakes etc. House is damaged due to previous Tennant due to insurance dispute, if you are a trade person or handy person there is a possibility of work in the future. I have the master bedroom, so I thought it would be fair seeing how the other bedroom is small you could have both so a small bedroom and larger bedroom so you can have your own lounge room or whatever you would like to do. You can keep a Horse this is fine providing you patch fences and you will have to feed there is no grass here at the moment it is too dry. I am busy I run and small business have a lot of different qualifications, study, are a teacher in (Vet) tafe and about to start a new job. Person is not to be on drugs and needs a clean current police check, no party people, some noise is fine but I do like peace and quiet, saying that I won't be around often, I am friendly and most likely will go away at times. I have shared before and are aware of the little problems that can occur. Would prefer a male around as there is a possibility of some extra work by arrangement so someone that is handy would be ideal, though not essential. Any female applicants need to understand that this is a country property so it's not flashy, it was really nice until a Tennant damaged it. On the upside it is peaceful at the end of a street on ten acres, so anyone that enjoys outdoors would love it here. A dog or a cat is ok dog's must be trained and locked up when not attended, the dog must not attack wildlife. There are two kangaroos here the I rescued they come and go with there babies, I don't want them injured by a dog. There are other wildlife about including huge tree goannas, echidna and various birds. No greenies or self claimed ones thankyou

Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. Each floor also has its own beautiful shared lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges. Both lounges include a wood fire and formal dining room. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent.
