This tasteful house is brand spanking new, and part of the equally new Vista Estate. The house is adjacent to a beautiful landscaped park, with beautiful sea views. We are located a stones throw (if you have a good arm) to Aldi, 24hr Gym and Medical Centre. The stunning Moana Beach is a four minute drive away, and we have all of McLaren Vales amazing cellar doors.....on our doorstep. The Seaford Train station is also an easy one minute drive, or 10 minute walk away. Your fully furnished double room has a walk in robe, so plenty of room for your stuff. Your bathroom is yours, and so is the separate toilet :) You will also have sole use of IT Hub if you wish. Bedding, and towels are provided. All you have to do is bring your clothes. We are happy to share all kitchenware too. There is an alfresco area outside, set up for Summer dining. However, still a work in progress......sorting out the landscaping as I type ; )

The house is situated in a great location that is close to Colonades Shopping Centre, which is about a 5 minute drive as with the train station. Bus stop is just a quick walk. Plenty of storage with new double size shed. Stunning ocean and sunset view including all the lights down south. The room has just been renovated. New kitchen, lounge has just been renovated too.
