There is off-street parking for one car and on-street parking is time unlimited. There is public transport a short walk to town and Queanbeyan railway station is a little further of a walk but easily doable. And if you work in Canberra city, there is a park-and-ride just across the border in Fyshwick. Or if you are into cycling there is bicycle path into Canberra that swings past the park-and-ride. Because I am away a lot, I am looking for someone who is willing to do the garden while I am not there - THIS IS ESSENTIAL! OR you will need to pay to have someone do it. You must be a clean and tidy person to live with. I prefer a vegetarian household - i.e. I do not eat meat, fish or poultry - but if you do eat meat then you are welcome to cook meat on the gas bbq that is undercover just outside the kitchen door. I do not want more furniture brought into the house - the house is fully furnished and well equipped.
