Hello!! My large, light filled room in Mount Stuart is available from mid November to Mid January, with flexible dates. The room is fully furnished and comes with bed linen and great views. You will be sharing the home in Mount Stuart with two other, quiet and friendly housemates in their 20's, so someone similar in age would be ideal. The room is $110 for a single and $170 for a couple, and this includes all bills and is a little extra for NBN. Our house is a 30-40 minute walk to the city and a 15 minute walk to Elizabeth Street, there is also a bus that can take you wherever you need to go.
