You will have access to the family bathroom which will be exclusively yours for most of the time as I have an ensuite bathroom. The house is fully furnished with central heated and air conditioning, large screen TV's in lounge and family room, small outside patio wit 4 burner BBQ, Good size well appointed central kitchen with large 600ltr refrigerator. New washing machine & dryer, wireless internet with full access to Foxtel, Xbox. I do have pets that are friendly, small older Jack Russell so sorry no more pets. there is room for a car in the double width, double length driveway.
