There is also ample cupboard space. There is a very large kitchen with all new appliances, gas stove, new fridge and dishwasher, and plenty of storage. The bills are included unless of course there is an explosion in either the electricity or gas. I am a very reasonable person but as we all know the cost of energy is just crazy so I hope you would understand if the rates exceed what they have been in the past it would need to be negotiated.
