Very cosy cottage feel - 3 bedrooms with small study attached to bedroom 1, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and 1 single garage. Walking distance to shops and the train station. There are fireplaces in bedrooms but these are not to be used however the woodburner in the loungeroom can be.
My house is in a growing area with new estates developing near by, conveniently located to Nowra CBD, Medical Practice which bulk bills just around the corner, Christian School 5 minutes walk up the road, Industrial Estate 5 minutes drive, Harvey Norman, Bunnings, McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jack all 5 minutes drive from home. There's public transport just down the road. Gym In the industrial estate & one near Harvey Norman & a few in Nowra CBD. There are two rooms available which I have posted pictures of, both fully furnished ready to move in. There are two air conditioners new last year, which service two separate sections of the house & are more than sufficient to keep the house & bedrooms cool during heat waves.
