Hi There, I have a room available in Kilmore if you're interested. I'm a 32 single female living in a 3 bedroom place in Kilmore. There are two spare rooms, one furnished and one not. The furnished room has a queen bed and built in wardrobe and you would have your own bathroom/toilet. It would be up to you to keep that end of the place clean. You would have full use of the washing machine and all the other house stuff. I have two cats but they are outside 98% of the time. I work two jobs so I'm out from 5-6am until 8.30-9 during the week. Set on 1/2 acre, this is great country living that is still close to the city. There are 3 rooms to chose from, all about the same size. The bathroom is modern, clean and has a large shower and bathtub. The house itself is very large, with a lounge room, dining room, informal dining room, hallway, laundry, and porch. We have 4 chickens and a large veggie patch. It's also worth noting that if you have a dog, our property is only partially fenced. The front of the property has ample parking with ease of access. Internet is available for $30 p/cm. Water, gas and electricity are quarterly. The train station is a 20min walk or a 2min drive. The v/line stops at Sunbury, Footscray and Southern Cross. Takes about 45-50mins to get into the city on the train. 30mins drive to airport, 1hr drive to CBD. There is also a nature reserve and bushwalking trail a short walk from the property.

A five minute walk into the shops and town. We have several medical centres in walking distance. My home is located in the main street on the jogging and walking track. It's a10 minute drive to the station or the local free will pick you up from outside the house and drive you to the station during peak hours. Kangaroos are also residents of the estate and can be seen each day outside in the garden.
