This unit is right next to Toombul shopping centre. It is very close to buses and trains. The living area has air-conditioning but otherwise there are no ceiling fans. The vacant bedroom is not furnished but it has built in robes. It is a good size for a single bed, but a queen bed does fit okay. The living and dining areas are sparsely furnished. I am waiting to see what a future flatmate might already have before buying more gear. I do not have a dinning room setting for example. The walls are undecorated so anybody moving in can hang a few of their favourite things. Netflix and unlimited internet is included in the rent. Electricity is 50/50.
