I've been living in this apartment for the past year and even though its simple it felt home straight away. Our apartment is great for a couple reasons. Firstly, we are in an amazing location with plenty of shops, gyms, restaurants and public transport options scattered throughout the suburb. Our building is just over 12 months old so everything is really modern and our apartment is spacious with stunning natural light (sorry vampires). We also have a cool rooftop terrace for entertaining guests and our internet is insanely fast and affordable. The apartment is fully air conditioned with private remotes for each room (which means summer is looking up!) We'll also have unlimited wifi, so we can download & stream to our heart's content :) The kitchen has beautiful views and a dishwasher (serious win!) I'm looking for an awesome housemate who'll have a good time, but be aware of when we need some quiet time. I'll have friends over from time to time & some may crash on the couch, so you'll need to be comfortable with that & obviously your friends are welcome too!! The apartment is only a 10 minute drive from Chermside & 5 mins from Nundah Village. We aren't always at home, so theres plenty of personal space and places to escape. Its fully furnished (crockery, pots and pans, plates, dishwasher, gas cook top and oven, fridge, washing machine and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room) except for the bedroom.The upstairs bathroom is shared with only one other female. There is also unlimited internet. Its walking distance to buses, trains and shops. Bike way and Kalinga Park at the bottom of the street the room is large 5m x 5m. No pets.

I rent though an agent and they would need refs/landlord approval prior to moving in. I will remain the only person on the lease. There is a small courtyard with a table setting to chill out in and have a BBQ and drinks at the end of the day or on weekend. I have two friendly cats who come and go as they please!! You will need to like cats to live here! No other pets can be accommodated. Nundah is close to the CBD and the Valley as is the airport. And the townhouse is on a wide, spacious and quiet street close to Kedron Brook path, cafes and bars in Nundah Village. I live in close proximity with people in the other townhouses and I would consider myself and the neighbours respectful of each others space.
