The room is medium sized with built in robes, comfortably fits a queen bed + a desk/ chest of drawers etc. The place has a brand-new kitchen, little courtyard with a herb garden, Foxtel and the newest Apple TV (I'll add you to my Netflix & Stan accounts!). Rent includes unlimited internet and all other bills. The lounge room has air conditioning and I have a lockable garage that I use for storage (which you're welcome to also!). There are two bathrooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs. My son and I share one of them and the other one (see photo) will be for the sole use of our two other housemates. It has recently been re-grouted and sealed, with a lockable door, vent fan, and bath/shower set up. Downstairs is the large open-plan lounge/dining area that leads straight out to the cool rear patio (which is currently set-up with gym equipment that you are welcome to use) and flows onto the private, peaceful garden. There is a well-equipped laundry and the kitchen has plenty of pantry space and equipment if you are into cooking. Ample off-street parking is available which is a bonus as the coffee shop nearby is well patronised. There is a double garage with plenty of extra storage if you need and there should be room for a second car once I get it a bit more organised. The house is very secure with ducted air-conditioning, mozzie screens, lots of light and windows to catch the breeze.There is a separate downstairs study if you need although it is pretty much 'owned' by my son who is a F/T uni student which pretty much leaves the rest of the house free for you to use.

The room is unfurnished, it's a small room (hence the cheaper rent) that would fit a single bed, desk and cupboard or a double bed and cupboard if bed is pushed against the wall. The property is really spacious. It has a huge kitchen/living room area and you get your own bathroom WITH a bath. Your bedroom also opens up onto the balcony. The complex has only just been built so everything is brand new. There is a rooftop which is really lovely too. It has nice outdoor furniture and a big BBQ - perfect for having friends over. The balcony is probably the big selling point - it is absolutely HUGE. It wraps around the corner of the building and I'm sure will be the location for lots of arvo drinks. Internet is included in rent, however other bills (water, gas, electricity) are to be shared.
