We are secluded up the back of a unit complex, the only townhouse on the property. The townhouse stays cool in summer because of the shade. My roommate is moving for study so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of the lease with me, ending early next February. (I will likely renew after that, so someone looking long term would be a bonus) It's through a real estate so you will need to pass their normal screening. The room available fits up to a queen bed and has double built in robes. Furniture wise I have everything the house needs, the kitchen is completely stocked including a large fridge and a benchtop dishwasher (new since the photo) and a coffee machine. You just need to bring your bedroom stuff. The garage (including laundry) is quite big and you can be used for storage if needed. Oh and if you have an Xbox and/or PlayStation that would be AWESOME! Bills wise the electricity obviously varies however its usually $50 - $70 per person/per month and the internet is $50pp/pm. Contribution to Netflix cost would be appreciated if you choose to use it. Trying to eat healthy? This place is great for you. With walking distance to woolworths, I personally found myself ordering much less takeout and cooking more often.. That being said there is of course Uber Eats available and if you like to travel the location is nice and handy to the airport. If you like to eat out, Grilling Art is the best for dinner or breakfast and to work it off afterwards their a gym around the corner which everyone who lives in this area seems to be a member of (but I wonder how many actually go). The actual apartment itself is pretty new being only around 2 years old... it is a 2 bed 2 bath with a nice balcony, open space living area, big kitchen located on level 4.. and yes the building has a lift so don't worry about stairs. The rooms are fully carpeted and easily fit a queen bed and desk if you like, bedside tables... Lots of hanging space too in the rooms for your clothes and draws for whatever you like. The unit is a bit light on furniture and whitegoods after I bump out, but there is a fridge, and TV unit. You are more than welcome to bring whatever you like :)

Plus there is heaps of extra storage space that isn't being used so you can save money on any storage sheds you are paying for! There's two visitor parks and plenty of on street parking (we're in a quiet street). A lot of the things you see in the pics will be leaving with my flatmate so all these areas will be clear for someone to bring their own furniture.
