Nundah is a really awesome place to live and has a great community vibe to it. There is heaps of cafes around for your weekend breaky dates and local pubs if you feel like a drink. There is multiple gyms, tennis courts and bike tracks around. Coles, woolies and aldi are all in walking distance as is the toombull bus station and train station. The unit block is secure and neighbours are friendly and respectful. The room has its own aircon, ensuite and large built ins.

My current housemate is moving out approx. half way through a 12 month lease, so my preference is to have someone move in till the end of the current lease. Hi Flatmates, We have 1x spacious room with walk in robe and private bathroom available for rent, In an owner occupied, modern 3 story, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhouse, 150m from Nundah Village/Nundah Train station. The room has air conditioning, fan and small private balcony. There is a pool in the complex and the townhouse has its own private courtyard and garden. Our townhouse would suit a young professional aged in their mid 20's early 30's that enjoy living in a stress free environment with a little bit of luxury. Being so close to the train station is perfect for those who work in the city but don't want the hassle of driving in traffic and paying for parking each day, or those that enjoy going out for dinner and on the weekend that prefer not to catch taxis. Shops, restaurants, cafes, choice of gyms, cinema etc are literally at your doorstep, 1 min walk away.
