quite atmosphere easy going the house is renovated so new kitchen freshly painted all I expect is that your clean and you must work and pay your rent on the day on time I'm very easy going short term ok no pets great for someone working away from home railways etc short term save on your living away expenses

Hi Guys, large house with yard available in Wallan VIC. The area has really developed in the last couple of years, which has seen a number of good local cafes and bars around. THE HOUSE: 3 large bedrooms (master with ensuite currently rented), the two remaining bedrooms share one large bathroom with Spa bath. Full ducted heating throughout and wood fire in lounge room, split system air conditioning. Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Seperate study / office area and large tiled rumpus room (currently empty - house mates may wish to turn this room into a gym, theatre room, activities room ect. I used to have a pool table and bar I there, but have since moved it out. When the property was leased by an agent it was marked as a 4th (double) bedroom) - would consider renting this space out to a tenant for their sole use if requested. The house also has a large alfresco area with cafe blinds perfect for entertaining and a large front and back yard (tenants job to keep maintained). BEDROOM 1: $200.00 per week.
