I'm looking for preferably a 18+ female (males will be considered) to move in with myself and my 5yo daughter in Maslin Beach. I work Tuesday - Sunday most weeks. I'm not really home during the day and nor will be my daughter as she is in school, I won't be home most weekends either as I work and my daughter won't be home then either as she will be either with her dad and/or step mum. Hello, I currently have a house with 1 spare bedroom which I would like to find a room mate for. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to get started, and is set on a nice quiet street walking distance to transport and shops. About 8 minute walk to bus stop if you want to go to the city. Walking distance to supermarket, post office and take away shops. The house is clean with new carpets and newly painted. I have also hooked up wireless internet which is ultra fast and included in the rent. Dont worry about any bills!!! Electricity, gas, internet water, everything is already included in the rent, no more to pay. Pets potentially considered depending on type. Smoking is fine but outside only. there is a big back yard and as soon as we move in we'll be starting a veggie garden and will discuss getting chickens if we can. there are also inbuilt wardrobes in every bedroom. there is also some communal furniture our landlord Sarah will let us use, including tv unit, dinning table set and outdoor set. rent will also be done fortnightly.
