Very close to ferry, beach, supermarket, restaurants & cafes, buses ect, which is why we haven't needed a car since living here! Bedroom is upstairs with private bathroom (although we do use washing machine up there) and has a room off the room which can be used as an office or walk-in wardrobe. House is fully furnished.
