The flat is just behind King William Road so close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport just outside the back door. Its about 10 minutes by bike to the city or 15min by bus. There is a little Foodworks outside the back fence for last minute groceries. It is a small block of four (only three currently lived in), with quiet and friendly neighbours. It is very quiet yet still close to everything. It is upstairs so it is fairly private, gets lots of light and a nice breeze. There is aircon but its hardly needed. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. Gas cooking and hot water system. There is currently unlimited internet and the NBN has just been installed so happy to explore changing provider if the new housemate is interested. Balcony at the front and back of the flat, and the bedroom looks out over trees. The bedroom is unfurnished but should have a new built in installed before the new housemate moves in. My current housemate owns some of the household furniture so there is flexibility to bring some furniture if you want too. There is also a little shed for bikes and odds and ends. All bills (electricity, gas and internet) are split and cleaning is shared.
You will use the master room of this house which already has queen size bed, small furniture and big wardrobe. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. It's 1min walking distance from IGA, 13min walk to Coles and also surrounded with many cafes and restaurants. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number. And also the area is one of the most safe area in Adelaide where has good security cameras and good neighbours.

The house is located in the popular city fringe suburb of Unley. In between Unley Road and King William Road, close to the CBD, transport, cafes and Unley Shopping Centre. It's cosy, with a comfy living area and a cute little outdoor courtyard that I've been working on turning into a nice garden area.
