Hi! I have one room available in a big house in a quiet area of Yandina. It's an older place but it has plenty of charm and I am currently renovating it so it'll looking pretty sweet already. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the kitchen is stocked with supplies and the living room is big with a fire place. There will be no more than three people living in this house including myself. There is a massive yard to muck around with and storage space underneath the house. I would prefer a younger crowd in the house (under 35), however am willing to meet with people genuinely interested in the place. Internet and bills included in rent. Yandina Markets are a 30 second walk away from the house. That rental includes power, water and all the food produced on the farm and can range from $125 to $150 per week. There is also a weekly contribution towards food and supplies purchased off site. I have two small non shedding moodle dogs, so must like dogs. I am clean, tidy, quiet and respectful and looking for same in a housemate. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate any other pets due to jealously issues with one of my dogs. My house is only 6 mins to Nambour Hospital and only 15mins to Maroochydore, and only 20 mins to the Hinterland, so best of both worlds with the peace and quiet of a safe and friendly neighbourhood with the convenience of close proximity to everything the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland has to offer. It's very quiet and all amenities are provided with in reason. There is a large pool and ducted air-con throughout. A large garage and room for another car...first come first served basis. I'd expect anyone to look after the house in the same regard as myself. I have a cat but unfortunately except another animal, unless its can be kept in a cage i.e.: no birds but reptiles are ok. I have 2 bedrooms available but not furnished. A study/ living area for whom ever, again too not furnished. There is a bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac with them running frequently.
