Your room will have a large built in cupboard and an Ensuite to yourself. There is wifi (I will add to the rent payment it’s pretty cheap) I am very friendly and easy going and respect others space. I come and go as I am busy with my study classes and work and other hobbies. Although I do love to chill out at home and do stuff too! There is a nice little deck to chill out on, big back yard with some beautiful tree’s. 🌲 so lots of space for activities on the lawn! I love hanging out in the backyard reading a book under the trees or something it’s very relaxing in the back yard. The area is beautiful and quiet and very safe 😌🦋 😌🦋

Laidback courtyard with deck and small garden in a gated community with minimal onsite parking and single lock up garage that doesn't work at the moment. Located in leafy East Toowoomba across the road from cafe and take aways and a short 2 block walk to supermarket and a beautiful 25 minute stroll/5-10 minute drive into the CBD. I'd prefer someone with full time work or at least able to afford living (just from previous tenant experience) not too keen on students BUT if you're working at the same time or know you'll be able to afford it in the long run feel free to hit me up still.

This is a great place to live. Its open, cool and plenty of space. 3 rooms and the shared bathroom are down one end of the place and my room is at the other end. The open plan kitchen dining area separates your room from mine, so we can keep to ourselves if we want, or always catch up for a chat to if thats convenient. Im not big on cooking, so you will pretty much have the kitchen to yourself. Theres a great garden and patio area. The neighbours are quiet, even though they have kids around. Its a quiet house and relaxing to spend time in. The rooms are sunny and bright. The house is across the road from a sporting field, and weekends can be hectic during the season, but its not too difficult to navigate. There's plenty of parking space available. We're 20mins walk from the local shops, and 7mins from a bus stop. Close to KMart and the Uni, and downtown is a 20min drive away. Convenient to pretty much everything really.

Quiet household, I work part time and I’m a student also so I’m not home a lot I do have a dog as well. Rent includes unlimited internet and rent will be $170 a week if you would like to get the house professionally cleaned every fortnight only bill to pay outside of rent is electricity every three months.
