I love living at Yarrabilba because its just far enough away from the city without being ridiculously remote :-) its a beautiful and peaceful estate with plenty of shops close by, cafes, monthly food truck markets, fuel station and medical centres. Bus services are running and there are plans for a train line. Coles is also due to open on 25th November at the entry to the estate :-) I am also lucky enough to have views of Tamborine Mountain :-)

Hi! We have a room available in our house on 1 and a quarter acres in New Beith. We are a very easy 20 mins from Springfield Lakes and Browns Plains (including during peak time as there is next to no traffic) . The house is located on acerage with side access a 2 door shed, 2 ponds and an in ground salt water pool. The house has aircondtioning in 1 of the 2 living areas and a shared bathroom with 2 other flat mates. We have solar power and water to keep the bills down as well as tank water with back up trickle fed town water. There is a large outdoor area perfect for BBQ's and a pergola in front of the pool complete with 2 sun loungers. There is Foxtel and unlimited Internet available and all utilities are shared equally among all housemates and are additional to the rent. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. We are somewhat flexible with furnishing but the house is currently fully furnished and we do have a large 2 bay shed for storage. The house is extremely spacious inside and out so everyone has their own space and is in a good safe neighbourhood with great neighbours.
