It's a granny flat out the back of a big family home, with a large backyard. It's two bedroom, one bathroom, with a large living/dining/kitchen area. It's a large property in a great court, all the neighbors are lovely and are mostly pensioners/families. There are 2 large rooms on offer, both of which have built in wardrobes and evaporative cooling. The property itself is quite large with parking space for up to 4 cars and a large back yard for pets. The only house rules are that you respect the place, keep it clean and follow the cleaning instructions as to types of chemicals that can be used on certain surfaces, no smoking or pets indoors, no big house parties. Depending on who moves in first or how many move in at any given time, it is regarded the responsibility of whoever is renting to keep the whole house clean, shared or individually. Only room tenant renters are allowed to live at the property. All renters need to cooperate with each other for optimum cohesion. The house will be primarily for the room renters to use as I personally will not be living there. The tenants will have access to the whole house except only the other renters room. I do require access to the house as my role will be to manage the house, maintain the lawn mowing and the derelict garden to a certain extent. I must confess, the garden is in poor condition and the backyard is somewhat un-conventional but i'm not really renting the garden, mainly the house and rooms. The only special terms are that any tenants will be responsible for any cost associated to repair or replace damage to the house by fault of their own. There is already an old dog outside and cat that i come and feed daily and two sheds that i need access to as i require. Even though i don't live at this property, its still classified as a share house for the people who will be living together there, and also as i still require access to the property inside and outside when needed. Hi, I'm Rachael. I live in my house with my 2 indoor dogs and my almost 14 mth old son. I have one room that will be available to rent in 1 mth. The room was painted not long after I moved in about a year and a half ago. It has direct access to the shared bathroom that was also put in when I moved in. The room is furnished but happy to unfurnished it if wanted. The rest of the house consists of another 2 bedrooms one for my little boy and the other is my room. There is a large lounge area, a kitchen/dinning area, a laundry and another toilet. There is a good size backyard and large gararge. There is a large backyard with BBQ and I'm working on a vegetable garden so potentially fresh produce in a couple a months (I don't have the best track record with keeping plants alive so no promises). There is also a single car garage that your welcome to use. Tram 11 stop at the end of the street. I'm happy to consider people with pets if they get along with my two cats. I would need to run it past the landlords as well but they were fine with my pets so think it should be fine. Non-smokers only please.
