Good sized room that would easily fit a double/queen sized bed (can come with a double bed if needed). Wardrobe provided. Spacious house with floorboards throughout. There is a large backyard with BBQ and I'm working on a vegetable garden so potentially fresh produce in a couple a months (I don't have the best track record with keeping plants alive so no promises). There is also a single car garage that your welcome to use. Tram 11 stop at the end of the street. I'm happy to consider people with pets if they get along with my two cats. I would need to run it past the landlords as well but they were fine with my pets so think it should be fine. Non-smokers only please.

Hi all! We are looking for an additional roomate to join us in our spacious home in Coburg. We have a standalone house with a single medium sized room for rent ($200 pw). The single room has a huge built in robe, fan and carpet. The house is shared by 3 other people and has air conditioning and heating. It has 1 central bathroom and also another separate toilet. The property is in a fantastic location close to Batman station (2 min) and Sydney Road (3 min). We are also close to Batman markets, heaps of shops on Gaffney Street and the supermarkets just down Sydney road. There are a couple beautiful parks just down the road as well which are good for running and a bit of exercise. We also have plenty of on street parking. We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy and everyone helps do their bit in cleaning up. We like to have BBQs and host a few social events once in a while but also enjoy a bit of time to ourselves.

It's only an 8 minute walk to the train station (30 minute train ride to Flinders St) and there is a bus that goes straight to La Trobe uni from the train station too. It has a small backyard with flowers and a vegie patch and a big shady peppermint tree. The room is medium sized with a built in wardrobe and large sunny window. The bedroom is unfurnished. I have most furniture for the rest of the house but if you have a couch that would be great.
