Location! - Beachside property in Mandurah. I have a two bedroom, 2 storey villa in Halls Head Mandurah, just across the road from the beach. The property is a 5 minute drive from central Mandurah and the estuary and is in commuting distance to Perth ( approximately an hour by rail or freeway). The villa itself is comfortable but basic, with a lounge, kitchen and laundry plus toilet and sink downstairs and full bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs ( the Master bedroom with ocean views ). The property also has a small enclosed back courtyard with bbq and small shed. I am currently in the process of restoring the property and am looking for responsible tenants who will treat the property respectfully .
