The house is on Beaufort Loop Millbridge, the site keeps changing it when I correct it. I work fifo on a 2/2 roster. I’m looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and who doesn’t mind watering plants every couple of days. Non smoker and no pets please. I’m the only other person in the house so you’ll have the house to yourself for the 2 weeks im away. I’m fine with you having a few friends over as long as they’re also respectful. No parties. You must be able to pay rent on time and contribute to bills too, especially as you’ll be the only one there for 2 weeks. There’s 3 unfurnished bedrooms to choose from, all are about 3x4 meters with double mirror sliding wardrobes. You’ll be able to park your car in the secure garage too. The house was built in 2017 and is only a couple months old. Preferably someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff to bring with them as I’m not one for clutter, you’re room is your own space though. Location! - Beachside property in Mandurah. I have a two bedroom, 2 storey villa in Halls Head Mandurah, just across the road from the beach. The property is a 5 minute drive from central Mandurah and the estuary and is in commuting distance to Perth ( approximately an hour by rail or freeway). The villa itself is comfortable but basic, with a lounge, kitchen and laundry plus toilet and sink downstairs and full bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs ( the Master bedroom with ocean views ). The property also has a small enclosed back courtyard with bbq and small shed. I am currently in the process of restoring the property and am looking for responsible tenants who will treat the property respectfully .
