Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) The room is unfurnished, but I have a fridge/freezer, mostly equipped kitchen etc. We're very close to Newcomb Central and Bellarine Village shopping centres. Geelong CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away, there is a 24 hour gym around the corner and Public transport is easily accessible. I have unlimited cable internet which is included in the rent, as are gas, electricity, and water bills. The room has no wardrobe but there is a big storage cupboard under the stairs which would be yours to use as well. All applications will have to go through the real estate agent, as you will be joining me on the lease but the agent and the property owner are great people.

Hi I am looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom house. I am a professional 33 year old working full time in Geelong and would like to share with a mature person preferably in their 30's who has a steady job, is friendly, respectful and clean. I am pretty quiet during the week and on weekends I like to get out and about and hang out with friends, go out for brunch, head down to the beach for walks, go out for drinks and sometimes I just want to watch a movie in my pj's on a sat night. I live a relatively healthy lifestyle and would like to live with someone that is similar. It would be great to live with someone that is happy to have the occasional beer or wine together, if we can't get along and have a chat and do this then we probably can't live together. We don't want to live in each other's pockets but I also don't want to dread coming home :) 10 min walk to Marshall station with trains to Geelong CBD, Melbourne CBD, Warrnambool. 15/20 min drive to Geelong CBD / Torquay / Barwon Heads There is also an IGA and Aldi supermarket close by. Anytime Fitness Grovedale and F45 Grovedale are practically around the corner. Rent is $200 per week including all bills, toilet paper, cling wrap/foil etc and cleaning products. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and comfortably fits a queen bed, 2 bedsides and a chest of draws in it depending how you set the room up.
