There's only one TV but that's ok because i rarely watch tv! Two split system aircon/heating, unlimited internet. Aside from built in robes, the room is unfurnished so bring your own bed but the rest of the house is for you to make yourself at home :) I keep the place clean and tidy as i go, and the cleaner comes once a month (included in rent) The neighbourhood is really quiet and friendly, and very convenient for Whitfords station (2-4 min drive or 20 min walk) as well as local shops. It's a double garage and my car is small so there is a garage space for your car or storage. Outside will be wicked in summer, with lots of natural light and my bf cooks a mean BBQ!
