Looking for a down to earth, responsible housemate to share a huge 5 bedroom house set on an Acre in a very quiet part of Langwarrin. The house has 2 seperate living rooms, a large dining room as well as a vast outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor kitchen. One of the 5 bedrooms has been converted into an office that I work out of 50% of the time during the week, but I currently only use half of it and happy to share the other half. Your bathroom will be shared with one other person, ( a total of 3 people in the house) The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have been repainted, new carpet and new curtains in the past 4 weeks. 2 have built in robes and one doesn't. The house has split aircon/heating at either end but wood fire is the mainly used to heat the living areas and bedrooms. All the usual amenities are available dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, happy to include internet (NBN) in the rent providing we don't go over the data limit (100gb P/M) anything beyond that can be happily negotiated. A cleaner is available to come once a fortnight/ month to vacuum living areas and bedrooms , mop floors and clean bathrooms at a rate of $60 per visit. This can be negotiated as to if you would like this to continue or not. All outside garden areas are maintained by myself. The house has a very rural feel as you barely notice that we have neighbours and offers a very quiet and relaxing space
