The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty. No bond but the first weeks rent must be paid before moving in. We are very friendly and easygoing but rent being on time is an absolute must, and being tidy. Rules are simple, we all clean up after selves, buy what we use and we can set up a roster for cleaning the bathroom and floors if we end up having a few tenants living here. Figure we can talk about any issues if they arise and hopefully resolve them and if not I would never expect anyone to stay here unless they felt 100% happy.
