Lovely newly renovated, heritage listed home backing onto the Royal National Park, close to the train station at Waterfall. Terrific for bushwalking and in summer the beaches are close by and some great swimming holes. The yard is a good size for BBQs and during winter we enjoy the fire pit and a glass of wine with friends. We are only 4 houses in the street with very friendly neighbours.

A coastal abode for the low low price of $110 a week. Im off to Spain on the 31st of May so my room is available for 2 months, but theres another room going for 3 months as soon as I get back so theres the option to stay for 5. By room I mean half of a garage, sharing with one Jewellery maker and one writer, who both use the space sporadicly during the day. But its really cosy with a little hang out area with coastal views at the foot of your bed. Most of the time its like having your own level in the house with an ensuite. The rest of the house is amazing, 3 levels, 3 bathrooms. A bush track at the back of the house that runs straight to the beach. Only 1 hr from Sydney.

I commute to the city everyday, and I thoroughly enjoy living in what is known as being a 'relaxed' area. I do not smoke or have pets in my apartment. Kirrawee still has that old suburb appeal (local bakery, fruit market, florist, cafe, milk bar etc.) I live very close to amenities, including Kirrawee Station (5 min walk), Sutherland Station (15 min walk), Miranda Shopping Centre (5 min drive), Cronulla Beach (10 min drive), Royal National Park (5-10 min drive) etc. Local shops/servo are also about 5 min walk. The rental payment will be $240 weekly, and will include water, electricity, internet and use of furniture (lounge, dining table etc.)/kitchen utensils/4K TV. I've got everything - brand new dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer etc. It'll be a pretty easy transition.
