There are room/rooms upstairs with trees view from all windows and a great outside living areas. The home offers privacy,generates a feeling of warmth and I feel inviting to all. I don't expect it to last long About the Room: Rent per week is $220 Rent includes utilities (gas, water, electricity). Access to the internet is not included in the rent (can't change default on flatmates) but is AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. The room is of a generous in size with a large free standing cupboard. It has its own HUGE bathroom/shower room which less than a year old. The room also has it's own entry. It comes pre furnished with a single bed, bedside tables, rug and bar fridge. well... tenants get their own private ground-floor space with separate entrance, private courtyard and garden outlook. it is a self contained studio w new kitchen and bathroom. it is in a quiet and secure part of croydon north. for transport, it is close to bus stops and 2kms from croydon station - croydon main street, chirnside park and eastland shops are a short drive away. oh, rent comes with a shed for storage! we live upstairs and we'd like to think we're good people who are into good coffee and gardening!
