The bedroom available are as follows: Master Bedroom – size = 3 x 4.4 metres, sunny, very large window, thick insulated roll-up blinds, carpeted, huge robes that extend floor to ceiling and width of room. The house is on a large block with a carport, a storage shed, a lawn to play on and plenty of garden space. There is also a huge front deck and covered deck area. Rent is $160 a week. The bond is equal to one month’s rent. Electricity, gas, water and wifi cost a bit extra about $120 - 150 a month. Eltham has good public transport.
