The house has ducted Aircon and heating, top quality appliances including drying machine. We have a large garden for the area with out door entertaining and firepit. This is our home so it is furnished as such its not your typical share house. All you need to bring is furniture for your room. We are pretty easy to get on with all super relaxed hard working people. Long term or short term welcome, couples welcome for an extra $40 just to cover additional bills. We are very animal oriented so pets considered, but we have two dogs so cannot have another dog due to council restrictions. Use of the garage is negotiable.
