Great brand new house 4 bedroom dwelling with amazing views overlooking spring farm riverside reserve, close to multiple shopping centres with a wide range of shops, very quiet and peaceful new estate, house is to big for just for me so decided to rent out a room to someone , must be clean all bills paid for , also free unlimited internet, fully furnished , ducted aircon throughout the house and many extras that a modern day house would have ,I'm very easy going and respect people's privacy I am also hardly home as I work long hours during the day, not in a rush to rent out room just waiting for the right applicant.

I currently have a bedroom available for rent in a three bedroom home in Spring Farm. It's a two story home, the room is spacious and you have your own bathroom as well! The house has air con plus gas heating, a yard and a small entertaining area out the back. The house is pet friendly so you must be an animal lover as I have two cats plus a dog! I don't have the internet connected yet however the house has NBN access and I am planning to get the internet connected ASAP!
