Hi There ! My name is Gary and I have a room to rent in Camden. Room is furnished but if you would like to use your own, I can store it in the garage. Think of it more as sharing the house rather then just renting a room, as you will be free to use anything. The house is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms ( you would have nearly sole use of the main bathroom.) I have Foxtel Platinum on 2 TVs plus unlimited internet which there is no charge for. The house is close to the gym (about 700 metres) plus close to the main shopping strip in Camden.(less than 1.5km (15 minutes walk)) There is a bus stop about 200 metres away. The place also has an air conditioner I have 3 children who stay here every 2nd weekend. They are all girls (aged 16,13 and 3). All are wonderful ,respectful and quiet kids. The reason I am after a female only, is because my childrens mother does want them around a man they do not know. I work shifts so i'm not here a lot of the time. The house is full of caracter being a old cottage with gardens and has plenty of yard to enjoy or relax on the veranda with a book and coffee in the morning. There is nbn available, a fully functioning kitchen and you will be free to use the tv as I don't watch too much tv. Also there is a tv antenna in the room that is available if you have a tv for it.
