I have one bedroom up for rent in my granny flat in Wavell Heights. The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a huge kitchen/living area. The tv in the living room has Netflix (you're welcome!) Currently me and my 2 cats (Marvin and Mulan) living here, they are real characters. Definitely need to be a cat lover since Marvin and Mulan both demand hugs on a regular basis. 322 bus stop across the road, 320 around the corner and a 15 min walk to Nundah station. Loads of parking available on the street. Smoking is outside. Cleanliness is fairly important, but as long as you'd be willing to coordinate that with me to a jointly decided standard all would be fine. I've just had some bad experiences with extremely dirty roommates in the past, so slightly scarred. Living room and kitchen is already fully furnished (though i'm still working on updating it), but the bedroom is semi-furnished (a single bed and a desk).
So just me in this house, will probably have a guy stay in what will be the 3rd bedroom but he will only be there on weekends, room for rent is the biggest and bathroom is shared, have a dog she is lovely, has back yard and internet is set up. small house will suit someone quiet who just wants somewhere to move into asap.
