Have a three bedroom house which has two rooms spare one is really only big enough to be a bedroom the other is semi vacant at the moment. House has large kitchen and living rooms, bedroom is big and has heaps of cupboard space, youll have to share a bathroom with myself. There are two dogs here so have to be a dog lover. There is a large undercover space out the back for BBQ's and stuff. Other guy lives in the granny flat out back and only comes in rarely to use the kitchen and such. Hi all - I have just moved into a top floor unit (small block of 8 units total) in Nundah and am after another person to move into the second room. My preference would be to have someone who is happy to add their name to the lease. - Own bathroom (not ensuite) right next to your bedroom door. - You get the larger of the two rooms, with built-ins and mirrors on both sliding doors. - City, gateway bridge & leafy suburb views from the MASSIVE balcony that wraps around the entire apartment.. - Buses from Sandgate Rd or 10-15min walk to Nundah Train station. - Walk to Nundah Village with its pumping restaurants, bars & gyms. - Short drive to Brisbane Airport and the Gateway Motorway to head north/south for coastal weekends away. - Telstra Cable Internet with speedboost and 4G backup ($55 p/m) already activated - split electricity bill 50/50 quarterly. The place is fully furnished as far as the common areas go - you'll just need to bring the things for your room. There is only one car space (carport, unsecured) which I am currently using but I am happy to negotiate it if necessary. Hi, I have a 4 bedroom house to share with after 20 Jan 17. It is a 5 minute walk to Chermside Shopping Centre and the Chermside Bus Depot for public transport. The bedroom available is 4.2m x 3.6m, has nice bamboo floors, large mirrored built in wardrobe, large ceiling fan and air-conditioning. It currently has a double bed in it, which you are welcome to use. If you need it removed, we can move it downstairs. There is a single carport out front that you can use or you can use on street parking. My brother will take care of the mowing. The price is $170/week which includes power and ADSL2 internet (is fast, about 11 Megabits/second). Bills are water (about $3.58 / 1000 litres and will be split 3 ways) and gas (9kg gas bottles are used for the stove top). You'll be living in our perfectly sweet townhouse in Nundah with beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Walking distance to Nundah village and the train station. There is a bus that stops on this street also. The bathroom with the shower and bathtub is shared with your roommate Jeremy. This house is very relaxed. Bills are seperate to rent (gas, electricty and water are cheap, I budget $15 per week but we pay quarterly) and we are required to take care of the grass. We rotate who pays for the lawns to be mowed (lawns cost $20 but we only get them done when they are starting to look overgrown) We have unlimited internet which is $20 a month. The house has air-conditioning and heating but is very breezy without use of the air-conditioner. The property is allowed two dogs under 7kg. If you have a small dog that gets along with other small dogs then Louie would love the company. We love our house and we hope that you will too!
