Have a three bedroom house which has two rooms spare one is really only big enough to be a bedroom the other is semi vacant at the moment. House has large kitchen and living rooms, bedroom is big and has heaps of cupboard space, youll have to share a bathroom with myself. There are two dogs here so have to be a dog lover. There is a large undercover space out the back for BBQ's and stuff. Other guy lives in the granny flat out back and only comes in rarely to use the kitchen and such. Only 3 blocks from Chermside Westfield's and bus interchange and on a quiet street with no issues finding parking. Close to gyms, swimming pool, shops, parks, restaurants and bars. Sharing with 36YO guy and 29YO girl, with a 3YO Labrador who is awesome! Double room with wardrobe but can fit a queen and side table. I have marked out how much room a double bed would take up but my last flatmate had a queen, side table and small desk and made it work. The master room has an ensuite so you would be sharing a bathroom with the female. The toilet is separate and there is another toilet in the laundry. Plenty of storage space in the garage or shed.
