Hi I have a spare room in Wavell Heights close to Westfield Chermside and Virginia train station. It is currently furnished with a queen bed and built in wardrobe but I'm happy to move the bed out so you can use your own furniture. Have a three bedroom house which has two rooms spare one is really only big enough to be a bedroom the other is semi vacant at the moment. House has large kitchen and living rooms, bedroom is big and has heaps of cupboard space, youll have to share a bathroom with myself. There are two dogs here so have to be a dog lover. There is a large undercover space out the back for BBQ's and stuff. Other guy lives in the granny flat out back and only comes in rarely to use the kitchen and such. The home is a modern, clean and private dwelling; owner occupied, situated in the quieter residential area of Nundah. There are two rooms available, both fully furnished with brand new furniture. The two zones are separated by a second lounge that is rarely used so you would pretty much have sole use of this area. It is set up with TV's and games/consoles and plenty of DVD's if you want to chill out. This room can be re-organised to suit your needs if necessary. There are two bathrooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs. My son and I share one of them and the other one (see photo) will be for the sole use of our two other housemates. It has recently been re-grouted and sealed, with a lockable door, vent fan, and bath/shower set up. Downstairs is the large open-plan lounge/dining area that leads straight out to the cool rear patio (which is currently set-up with gym equipment that you are welcome to use) and flows onto the private, peaceful garden. There is a well-equipped laundry and the kitchen has plenty of pantry space and equipment if you are into cooking. Ample off-street parking is available which is a bonus as the coffee shop nearby is well patronised. There is a double garage with plenty of extra storage if you need and there should be room for a second car once I get it a bit more organised. The house is very secure with ducted air-conditioning, mozzie screens, lots of light and windows to catch the breeze.There is a separate downstairs study if you need although it is pretty much 'owned' by my son who is a F/T uni student which pretty much leaves the rest of the house free for you to use.
