I have one bedroom up for rent in my granny flat in Wavell Heights. The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a huge kitchen/living area. The tv in the living room has Netflix (you're welcome!) Currently me and my 2 cats (Marvin and Mulan) living here, they are real characters. Definitely need to be a cat lover since Marvin and Mulan both demand hugs on a regular basis. 322 bus stop across the road, 320 around the corner and a 15 min walk to Nundah station. Loads of parking available on the street. Smoking is outside. Cleanliness is fairly important, but as long as you'd be willing to coordinate that with me to a jointly decided standard all would be fine.
